James J. McCluskey Obituary

James Joseph McCluskey, 66, of Princeton Junction, NJ passed away suddenly on April 21, 2023.

Jim was a most loving husband to his wife Deb. Together they were blessed in their love and everything in life they shared and were devoted to one another.

Jim was a generous and kind soul with a great sense of humor who always had everyone's best interest at heart. Jim was devout to his faith as a parishioner of St. David the King Roman Catholic Church. Jim retired as a Chief Financial Officer after a long successful career. Jim enjoyed playing rounds of golf with friends and cherished his standing Friday games with Gary. A lifetime fan of the Mets and NY Giants he also enjoyed sharing sporting events with his dearest friends. He was committed to caring for his family and passionate about keeping lasting friendships.

Predeceased by his father, Francis, Jim is survived by his devoted wife, Deb; his mother, Joan; brothers Frank and his wife Dealma, Michael and his wife Judy; sister, Maureen McCluskey-Jennings and her husband Bruce; sisters-in-law Alida DeGiosafatto and Lydia Clark; nieces and nephews, Morgan, Michael M., Ryan, Lauren, Curtis, Michael C., Christopher and Tyler; and his loving companions, George and Gracie. Jim is also survived by his extended family, lifelong friends and esteemed colleagues.

Relatives and friends may call on Friday, April 28, 2023 from 10am-12pm at St. David the King Roman Catholic Church, 1 Village Road, Princeton Junction, NJ 08550. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00pm.
