He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Roff and Adeline Roff (Betancourt); and his son Brian R. Roff. He is survived by: his wife Nancy M. Roff; his stepson Jonathan Williams; and his brother Harold Roff. He is also survived by his many nieces, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
Please wear masks if attending Dutch Neck Presbyterian Church for the services on Saturday.
