He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Stephan and Bernadette Stephan; and his brother Frank "Skip" Stephan Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Jadine Stephan (Smith); and his siblings, Karen Goodhart of Broomall, PA, Bernadette Fenimore (Swain) of Perkasie, PA, Patricia Joyce (Gene) of Albany, NY, Gertude Anderson (Raul) of Deadwood, SD and Rob Stephan (Anne) of Fairfield, CT.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
