She was predeceased by: her parents, William Tomlinson and Florence Tomlinson (Loveland); her sister Vivian Giacoma; and her husband William Simpkins. She is survived by: her children, Patricia A. Powell (Edward), William L. Simpkins Jr. (Peggy) and Wayne L. Simpkins (Lois). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
