We are sad to announce that on March 27, 2025, at the age of 80, Patricia Borischak of Port Reading, New Jersey, born in Hoboken, New Jersey passed away. She was predeceased by: her husband John Borischak; her parents, Francis Clarke, Sr. and Margaret Romano; and her sister-in-law Liz Policastro (Frank). She is survived by: her brothers, Michael Clarke and Frank Clarke (Ginny); her nieces and nephews, Thomas O'Connor (Trish), Ginny Vega (Ed), Jennifer DiNicolas (Nick), Allison Santry, Dana Carnevale and Kaitlin Carnevale; and her brother-in-law Joseph Carnevale. She is also survived by her loving family members and dear friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chubenko Funeral Home (625 Port Reading Ave, Port Reading, NJ 07064). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Anthony of Padua R. C. Church (436 Port Reading Ave, Port Reading, NJ 07064). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at the St. Mary Cemetery.
