She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Terefenko and Stacia Terefenko (Filik); her husband James R. Matt; her brother William Terefenko; and her sister-in-law Janet Terefenko.

She is survived by: her sons, Gregory Matt (Philip Katz) of New Hope and Michael Matt (Jeanne) of Howell; her brother Michael Terefenko of Middletown; her grandchildren, Michael Matt, Christian Matt, Brandon Matt and Keri Piazza (Michael); and her great grandchildren, Riley and Jacob.
