She was predeceased by: her parents, Johanna P. McDonald and Allen W. Carlock, Sr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Susan Curtis (Carlock) and Allen Carlock; her aunts and uncles, Jean, John Petschauer, Gloria Lassend and Rosemary McClusky; her sisters-in-law, Tracy Zalewski and Donna Carlock; her cousins, Mike, Diana, Dawn, Gee, Jennifer, Roberto, Juan and Kirk; her nieces and nephews, Matthew, Kassie, Allen Ray, Carlee, Alana and Logan; and her friends, Joanie, Millie, Debbie, Junel and Diane. She is also survived by 3 great nieces/nephews.
