Jean A. McDevitt Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean A. McDevitt of Port Reading, New Jersey, who passed away on August 1, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Charles G. McDevitt Sr.; and her parents, Anna and Russell Patmore. She is survived by: her siblings, Anne Tosato, Melvin Patmore (Beth) and Martha Strauss (Edward); her children, Charles Jr. (Amy), John, William (Anne), Robert (Roberta), Michael (Mary), Nancy Scherer (Richard) and Kathleen Kuch; her grandchildren, Christopher, CJ, Kyle, Lauren, Tom, Brian, Shawn, David, Matthew, Jason, Katie and Kelly; and her great grandchildren, Brooke, Hunter, Georgina, Charlie, Lily and Ben.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital are requested.
