With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Owens Barbara E (Port Norris, New Jersey), who passed away on August 4, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Barraclough and Violet Reeves Barraclough; her husband Dudley Leon Owens; her stepfather Paul Hoffman; and her brothers, Joe and Harry Barraclough.
She is survived by: her children, Ralph Campbell (Brenda), Dwayne Owens (Kim), Jaudith Mason (John) and Susan Wright (Charles); her sisters, Patricia Bradway of Port Norris and Paula Throckmorten; and her grandson Kevin Finsel.
