He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hoffman and Eleanor Wills Hoffman; his wife Patricia Cramer Hoffman; and his siblings, Kay Taylor and Harry Hoffman.

He is survived by: his sisters, Barbara Wright and Diane Bacon (Albert); and his brother-in-law Joseph Taylor.
