He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Bocchino and Verna Bocchino (Wydner). He is survived by: his wife Rita Bocchino (Theusen); his children, Samuel Bocchino, Jr. (Tina Snyder), Dana Crawn (James) and Tammy Ross; and his grandchildren, Jamie, Casey, Kelly, Kasidy and Karita. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
