He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter and Amelia (Pastena); and his sister Angela. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Leonard W., Jenelle Chase, Samantha Chase, Candice Halstead (Eric), Kristen Haar (John) and Justin Kurzynowski (Elana); his grandchildren, Luke, Hunter Halstead, Dylan, Mackenzie, Alexander Haar, Jacob Kurzynowski, Christopher, Brian, Mikel and Alexandria Chase; and his brother Ralph (Barbara).
Due to COVID-19, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
