It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leonard Chase (Port Monmouth, New Jersey), born in New York, New York, who passed away on May 12, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter and Amelia (Pastena); and his sister Angela. He is survived by : his wife Diane; his children, Leonard W., Jenelle Chase, Samantha Chase, Candice Halstead (Eric), Kristen Haar (John) and Justin Kurzynowski (Elana); his grandchildren, Luke, Hunter Halstead, Dylan, Mackenzie, Alexander Haar, Jacob Kurzynowski, Christopher, Brian, Mikel and Alexandria Chase; and his brother Ralph (Barbara).

Due to COVID-19, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
