He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Henry and Velma Quigley (Moretto); his wife Debra Quigley (Grote); and his brother Edward Anthony Quigley. He is survived by: his daughters, Colleen Gato (Peter) of Port Monmouth and Kelly Cifone of Nyack; his grandchildren, John Gato, Ava Gato and Jordyn Cifone; and his siblings, William Quigley (Mary) of Manchester, Richard Quigley (Carol) of Manhattan and Sissy Pat Toomey (Larry Gumb) of Manhattan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews extended family and friends.
