He was predeceased by: his wife Ann; his parents, Giuseppe Siciliano and Stephanie Siciliano (Rozzo); and his siblings, Stephen Siciliano and Lucille Applestot.

He is survived by: his daughters, Christine Dimon and Jeanie Siciliano Fitzgerald; his grandchildren, Jake, Andrew and Catie; and his siblings, Raffaela Steed and Nicholas Siciliano. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
