He is survived by: his parents, Jack Smith and Lorraine Smith; his wife Donna Smith; his children, Kelly Elizabeth and Alex John; his son-in-law Tyler; his grandchild Makenzie Lynn; his sister Bobbie Beebe; his nieces and nephews, Dr. Tiffani Beebe and Zachary Beebe; his mothers-in-law, Kay Lambert and Donna Renzi; and his pets, Koda and Kida. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
