He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Franckle and Bertha Green Franckle; his wife Sara Stretch Franckle; and his daughter Terry Franckle Ruff. He is survived by: his son Norman Franckle, Jr. (Jamie); and his grandchildren, Jennifer Hill (Joshua), Marybeth McFadden (Ryan), Patricia DePasquale (Anthony), William Ruff and Trevor Ruff.
