He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Howard Platt; and his grandparents, Evelyn, Jay Platt, Doris and Howard Stites.
He is survived by: his mother Shirley Stites Platt; his sister Rhonda Platt Arch; his nieces, Jenna Hewitt (Zach) and Natalie Arch; his great-nephews, Ryan and Caleb; his great-niece Eden; his aunts, Linda Harris and Nancy Morse; and his uncle Dane Platt (Dolora).
