He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Riggins and Anna Riggins; his former wife Phoebe Riggins; his grandson Kyle Riggins; and his siblings, Chester Riggins, Russell Riggins and Elva Yates.
He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Frank P Riggins (Kathy), David Riggins (Sharon), Terry Riggins (Billie Jo) and Shirley Garrison (Fred); his stepson Samual Wood Jr.; and his siblings, Vernon Riggins and Ruth Holmes. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Port Elizabeth Church of the Nazarene (3612 NJ-47, Millville, NJ 08332). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
