She is survived by: her husband Jim Costello; her daughter Kim Bailey; her sisters, Doris "Dee" Small-Burch (David) and Violet "Vi" Small (Robert); her grandchild Jared Bailey; and also Theresa Spinola (Kate). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many close friends.
