He was predeceased by: his parents, John Malinchak and Anna Malinchak; his wife Grace Ormsby; and his siblings, Metro (Matt), Ted and Mary Jugan.
He is survived by: his daughter Susan Malinchak Schmitt (Robert); and his grandson Stephen Schmitt of Chicago. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
