In loving memory of John S. Vander Wiele of Pompton Plains, New Jersey, born in Warwick, New York, who departed this world on August 1, 2024 at the age of 89. He was predeceased by: his wife Johanna (Dekker); his daughter Joanne; and his sisters, Carol Kasko and Mona Hartfiel. He is survived by: his children, John M. Vander Wiele (Beverly) of Westtown, NY, Jane Van Sweden (Robert) of Vernon and Judy Verblaauw (Bruce) of Mahwah; and his grandchildren, John Vander Wiele (Jeanine), James Vander Wiele, Bobby Van Sweden (Cristen), Russell Van Sweden (Luci), Keith Van Sweden, Jennifer Wilson (Harry), Ashley Helbig (Chris) and Allison Commoroto (Kyle). He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations to the Netherlands Reformed Christian School, 164 Jacksonville Road, Pompton Plains, NJ 07444 are preferred.
