She was predeceased by: her daughter Joanne; and her sister Nellie Baum. She is survived by: her husband John S. Vander Wiele; her children, John M. Vander Wiele (Beverly) of Westtown, NY, Jane Van Sweden (Robert) of Vernon and Judy Verblaauw (Bruce) of Mahwah; her brother Martin Dekker Jr. (Carol) of Fairfield; and her grandchildren, John R. Vander Wiele (Jeanine), James Vander Wiele, Bobby Van Sweden (Cristen), Russell Van Sweden (Luci), Jennifer Wilson (Harry), Keith Van Sweden, Ashley Helbig (Chris) and Allison Commoroto (Kyle). She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
