She is survived by: her parents, Timothy Collins and Ellen Collins; her husband John; her children, Anne Marie Flatekval (John), Eileen Deshpande (Hari) and Peter Timothy Tarsnane (Lorraine); her siblings, Connie, Eddie, Thomas, Dennis, Timothy, Annie and Helena; and her grandchildren, Kaitlin, Kristin, Carolyn Flatekval, Emma Deshpande, Sophie Deshpande and Peter Timothy Tarsnane, Jr..

In lieu of flowers, donations in Hannah's memory to Little Sisters of the Poor or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be greatly appreciated by her family.
