He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Wells and Gladys Wells; his wife Mary Thayne; his children, James III (Christine), Helen Moch, William, Christopher, Steven (Abby), Julie Cunningham (Charles) and Andrew (Amy); his sister Dolores Peto; his son Timothy; and his son-in-law Richard Moch. He was also cherished by eight children, six sons and two daughters.
