He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara Ball; his children, Kathryn Dontje and David Ball; his parents, George Milton Ball and Evelyn Houghton Ball; and his brother John Houghton Ball.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in the memory of George M. Ball to the Music Ministry of The First Reformed Church, 529 Newark Pompton.
