She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Mitchell and Catherine Mitchell; her husband James; her son John; and her son-in-law Mark Kosmack.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Kosmack, Lorraine DeSotle (Bob), James Schultz (Joyce) and Eileen Wagoner (Ronnie); her sister Elise Wassell; her grandchildren, Christopher Kosmack, Kevin Kosmack (Nicole), Eric Kosmack (Thea), Kathryn Kosmack, Thomas Schultz, Lauren Dillon (Patrick), Renee Guy (David) and Alexa Porcelli; and her great grandchildren, Ben, Mackenzie, Harrison, William, Knox, Sutton, Colin, Lily and Ryleigh.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the M. John Scanlan Funeral Home (781 Newark Pompton Turnpike, Pompton Plains, NJ 07444). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Mary's RC Church (17 Pompton Ave, Pompton Lakes, NJ 07442). A burial will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM at the First Reformed Church Cemetery (529 Newark Pompton Turnpike, Pompton Plains, NJ 07444).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Wounded Warriors Project in memory of Arlyne.
