He is survived by: his parents, Christine Gloria Woods and Charles "Bud" Woods; his brother David Woods; his wife Kathleen Kesting Woods; his children, Christopher Woods and Jessie Woods Summers; his son-in-law Alec Summers; and his grandson Sam Thomas Summers.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Scanlan's Funeral Home (781 Newark Pompton Turnpike, Pompton Plains, NJ 07444). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (31 Pompton Ave, Pompton Lakes, NJ 07442).
