Santa Trama Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Santa Trama of Pompton Lakes, New Jersey, who passed away on August 16, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her child Emanuela Minardi; and her brother Joseph Carnevale. She is survived by: her godmother Lucia; her children, Giuseppe "Joe" Trama (Daniela) of League City, Maria Ferrigno of Pompton Lakes and Vera De Frances (late Stephen) of Mendham; her grandchildren, Neil Minardi (Marybeth), Anna Batelli (Enrico), Melissa De Frances (Derek Disbrow), Stephen De Frances (Lauren), Danielle Kornitzer (David), Alexander De Frances and Alexa Trama; her great grandchildren, Gregory, Patrick, Kevin, Nicholas, Gabriella and Sullivan; and her sister Angela Vinci of Sicily, Italy.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Even as she spent her final day in the hospital and while waiting for test results, she woke up at 1:00 AM in the morning and started asking her daughter Vera the following questions; "Do I have COVID? Do I have cancer?".
