He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, Frank Cummings (Ann) and Mary Cummings; his brother-in-law Michael Cummings (Michaela); his nieces and nephews, Kellie and Kaitlyn; his brother-in-law John Cummings (Maggie); his nieces, Stefanie and April; his nephew Brandon; his brother-in-law Ed Cummings (Cathy); and his nieces and nephews, Eddie and Kayla.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, Kalleigh and Shane; his parents, Raymond Forrester and Patricia Forrester; his sister Jocelyn Sutphin (Michael); his nephew Steven; his niece Kathryn; his siblings, Julie Forrester and Brandon Forrester (Melissa); his nephew Peter Navarro (Brittnye Bartell); and his godson Michael R. Forrester II.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Michael's memory to the American Heart Association.
