She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Daniel and Lois Elsa Bontemps; and her grandparents, Benjamin, Martha Bontemps, Claremont and Elsa Bodecker.

She is survived by: her siblings, Jeff Bontemps (Ellen), Robert Bontemps, Sr. (Margaret) and Amy Hoffman (Dave); and her nieces and nephews, Timothy (Kelley), Samantha, Maggie Bontemps, Robert, Bontemps, Jr. (Meri) and Allison Hoffman. She is also survived by siblings, nieces, and nephews.

Lori's lifelong generosity will be honored with the donation of her corneas to give the gift of sight to others.
