He is survived by: his former wife Jacqueline Reed; his wife Jackie; his sons, Freddie, Jr. (Kelly), David (Stacey) and Marc (Kristy); his siblings, Biaggio, Jr., Thomas, Dominick, Gloria, Linda, Betty and Angel; and his grandchildren, Jonathan, Hailey, Mia, Rylee, Logan, Marc, Jr. and Ryan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Fred's memory can be made to Memorial Sloan Kettering or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
