He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kensak and Caroline Zukow Kensak; and his sister Betty Jean Cicenia. He is survived by: his son Anthony Kensak; his daughter-in-law Linda; his granddaughter Vanessa; his daughter Cheryl Wankmueller; his son-in-law Don; his grandson Ian; his sister Margaret Schouwenaars; his nieces, Tara, Robin, Debbie and Donna; and his nephew George.
