“Steve and I were colleagues and friends. We partnered on a couple of big jobs, both in his territory and in mine. Working with Steve was never boring.......In 2013 I joined him on his annual West Point cruise . An experience I will always remember with great affection. Steve was a hard working, fun loving, generally great guy with a wonderful sense of honor and humor. I know he will be sorely missed by myself and all that knew him.
