He was predeceased by: his parents, George M. Prascsak, Sr. and Olga Dutka Prascsak; and his brother Col. George M. Prascsak, Jr. (Barry). He is survived by: his wife Donna Hurley Prascsak; his sons, Nick Prascsak and Andrew Prascsak; and his siblings, Wayne Prascsak (Joanne), Sandra Castles (Charles) and Kathy Potaczek (Don).
