He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond, Sr. Smith and Pauline Smith (Hayford). He is survived by: his wife Marion Smith (Stannard); his children, Thomas, Jr. (Nicole) of Alpha and Rachel Lazier (Matt) of Phillipsburg; his brothers, Raymond (Norma) of Alpha and Bradley (Starr) of Wilson Borough; and his grandchildren, Layla Smith, Kylie Smith and Travis Lazier.
