Slack of Pohatcong Township, New Jersey, born in Easton, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 6, 2024 at the age of 89. She was predeceased by: her spouse Claude E. Slack; her parents, Roy Gardner, Sr. and Esther Riegel Gardner; her granddaughter Mallory J. Gentzle; and her sister-in-law LeJeune Gardner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra L. Gentzle (Donald) of Palmer Township, PA, Donna L. Peisel (Dave) of Wilmington, DE and Lori L. Fleming (Barry) of Pohatcong Township, NJ; her grandsons, Jason McNew (Kristen), Don Gentzle, Jr. (Pam) and Brad Gentzle; her great grandchildren, Declan McNew, Angeline, Emily, Elizabeth and Reiss Gentzle; her stepgrandsons, David Peisel and Tom Peisel; her stepgreat-grandson Jack; her brother Roy Gardner, Jr. (Janet Dutcher); and her nieces, Sheri Lobb (George), Jodi Williams (Ted) and Sandi Miller (Tom).
