James R. Lampert Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James R. Lampert of Pohatcong Township, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 14, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes Lampert (Sikra) and John J. Lampert, Sr. (James); his wife Shirlee Joan Lampert (Hoover); his siblings, John J. Lampert, Jr. and Ethel Craig; his brother-in-law Charles Craig (Chick); and his sister Barbara Lampert.
He is survived by: his sons, James R. Jr. and John K. (Lydia); his grandchildren, Ian (Kylie), James and Kaylee Rico (Jaydee); his great grandchildren, Jasper and Adelaide Rico; his companion Peggy Baka; and his nieces and nephews, Shirley Flynn, Peggy Verenna-Doebbeling and Arthur Kardos.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Finegan Funeral Home (924 2nd Ave, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Church (830 5th Ave, Alpha, NJ 08865).
