With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John L. Forman Jr. (Plumsted Township, New Jersey), born in Hammonton, New Jersey, who passed away on October 22, 2018 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John L. Forman Jr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Forman and Elsie M. Forman; and his son John L. Forman III. He is survived by: his wife Maryanna Forman of North Hanover; his children, Valerie Forman Knighten of Jacobstown, Keith Forman (Christine) of North Hanover and Denise Beal (Zachary) of Dunedin; and his sisters, Joan Ametlotte of North Hanover and Bonnie Giambrome of Lumberton. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and several friends.
