He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Margaret; his children, William H. III (Shannon), Robert (Heather) and Amanda (Joshua Brewster); his mother Florence Foster; his siblings, Florence Sanders, Linda Benner, Tracy and Richard; and his father William H. Foster, Sr.. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
