He is survived by: his children, Karla Banks of Pleasantville and Kevin Carmichael (Shireen); his sister Denise Jackson; and his grandchildren, Kayori Carmichael, Kevin Carmichael II and Jasmine Banks (Karen Conner). He is also survived by loving relatives and friends.
