She was predeceased by: her parents, Minnie Woody and William Woody; her sons, Michael and Lloyd Forbey, Jr.; and her siblings, Geravia, Earnestine Hannah, Alberta Skinner, Faith Thomas, Barbara Lawrence, Josephine Williams, Alfonzo, Franklin and Charles Woody.

She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Forbey, Sr.; her son Mark Forbey; and her sisters, Shirley Woody of Pleasantville, Marva Jerkins (Curtis) of Dorothy, Janet Evans of Florida and Patricia Nash of Newtonville. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
