She is survived by: her friends, Agnes Horton, Doris Terrell, Joyce Williams and Patricia Shannon; her husband Theodore Evans; her daughters, Bonnie Evans of New York City and Leslie Lazarevic (Goran) of Lopez, PA.; her granddaughter Jasmine Martinez (Alex); her great grandchildren, Ilanna, Annali and Alex Martinez; and her aunt Brenda Jones (Leroy) of New York City. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
