She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Adelaide Bond and Henry Carter; her husband Johnie L. Gilliam Sr.; her children, Johnie Gilliam Jr., Andrea, Christopher Gilliam and Bernadette; and her grandchildren, Le'Von Jackson, Criselle Melton, Dorsara Bishop, Christopher Bishop, Malcolm Townsend, Chelsea Moore, Marcus Townsend, Issiah Gilliam and Brandon Moore. She was also cherished by 13 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
