He was predeceased by: his parents, Gwendolyn Spiller and Harvey Spiller; and his sister Lotilla Cottrell (Donnell). He is survived by: his wife Elise Tolbert-Spiller; his son Clifton Jay Spiller; and his sisters, Wanda Spiller-Taylor and Amber Spiller. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, family, and friends.
