He is survived by: his wife Suqin Lu; his daughters, Jingxiao Liu (Hongyong Jin) and Xiaowei Jin; his son-in-law Qi Yang; his grandson Ruichen Yang; his daughter Jinghua Liu (Michael Walker); and his granddaughters, Sophia Walker and Mia Walker.
