He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Toker and Helen Toker (Doherty); and his former wife Constance. He is survived by: his wife Patricia LoLargo (Straczynski); his sons, Thomas Toker Sr. of Newburn, NC and William F. Toker Jr. (Donna) of Whiting; his grandchildren, Lisa Daly (Joseph) of Livingston, Thomas Toker Jr. (Monica), Joseph Daly, Kristen Daly, Devynn LoLargo and Noelle Bowen; and his great grandchildren, Valentina, Viviana and Xavier Toker.
