He was predeceased by: his brother Douglas M. Cormack, Jr.; and his parents, Jennie Cormack and Douglas M. Cormack. He is survived by: his wife Jane Elaine Cormack; his daughter Kimberly Ann Robison; his son-in-law Ryan James Robison; his siblings, Jean Corliss and John Cormack; and his sister-in-law Kathy Cormack. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
