It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willie T. Vaughan Sr. (Plainfield, New Jersey), who passed away on August 8, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Vaughan and Rose Moore Vaughan; and the mother of his children Minnie Beal. He is survived by: his children, Willie T. Vaughan, Jr., Robert E. Vaughan, Taahir H. Muhammad, Willsean Beal (Francell Beal), Tamika M. Vaughan (Eugene Woods), Desirea Vaughan (Larry Smith) and Lorena Beal; and his former wife Clydetta Jones. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
