He was predeceased by: his parents, Ned Toliver and Annie Pearl Tipton; his brother Ned Toliver; his stepmother Essie Toliver; his niece Diane Mingo; and also Eric Applewhite.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Toliver; his son Storm Toliver; his stepson Damien Brown; his granddaughters, Jentle, Innocence Brown of Plainfield, NJ and Isabel Becker of Sanford, FL; his siblings, Lavon Forsett, Eullah Triplet, Betty London (Melvin), Don Triplet and Brenda Toliver of Chicago; and his nieces, Lashawn Applewhite, Brittany London (Kortez) and Carolyn Richardson (Cassell) of Memphis, TN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
