He is survived by: his wife Refina Folk; his daughters, Samiyah Folk and Nora; his mother Mary Folk; his parents-in-law, Evetta Thomas and Alfred Bugg; his stepsons, Al'Davon Thomas, Jahmal Hailstock (Brianna) and Bilal McFadden; his grandchildren, Langston, Nella and Aurora; his siblings, Marion Folk-Cramer, Shawnta Folk-Withers, Tasha Wise (Rodney), Ebonie Folk, John B. Folk, Jr. and Angelique Folk; his siblings-in-law, Cathy Teague (Pop), Arteria McCummings, EvetteThomas (Eventon), Annesia Thomas (Dexter), Michael Pierce, Corey Lemmon (Shameika), Coolidge, Prince, Money Kev and Oneal; his friends, Sonya and Haniff; and his caregiver Mashia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, co-workers, friends and family.
